B.Barre {Beginner} Produces quick results by lengthening and chiseling muscles through small isolated holds and tiny movements. This beginner class is form-focused with in-depth setup so that you can discover the tremendous mental connection to your body. Once you’re familiar with the technique, you can tailor this class to your own level with more advanced variations.

B.Barre {Intermediate} is for those who have a strong understanding of the technique and are ready for more variations and longer sets.

B.Barre {Advanced} is a step up from B.Barre Intermediate and is an advanced level class for those who have mastered our technique. When proper form is learned and our minds can connect to our muscles, the sky is the limit! 10 B.Barre {Beginner and/or Intermediate} classes are required before attending Advanced {aka B.Barre FIRE}.

B.Barre Cardio Bootcamp {Beginner} uses the classic foundation of B.Barre and combines it with low-impact, core-controlled cardio intervals. This program relies on safe, high intensity interval training to shake up workouts…no need to run bleachers or flip tires anymore!

B.Barre Cardio Tabata {Beginner} is a full-body workout just like our other B.Barre classes, but cardio is the focus! We implement low-impact Tabata-specific/plyometric exercises that send the body right into the fat burning zone. Tabata is a researched regimen that uses 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest in a cycle of eight. If you want to burn fat fast, B.Barre Tabata is for YOU!

B.Barre Cardio Tabata {Intermediate} takes the beginner class up a notch! When you’re ready to take your cardio intervals to a higher level, try this major calorie burner! No prerequisites required…well, except a water bottle!

B.Silque™ Lifted {Fundamentals} is a beginner level class that teaches the basic concepts of aerial fitness to gain an understanding of the technique and to gain a comfort level with the hammock in both lifted and grounded positions. The Fundamentals class breaks down each exercise and provides individual instruction to teach proper form and safety.

B.Silque™ Lifted {Beginner} tones your body from head to toe!  Utilizing your body weight as resistance and the silk for balance, B.Silque Lifted will activate your core throughout the entire class and chisel your body to an entirely new level.  The Beginner class incorporates mostly grounded exercises along with simple lifted elements for an innovative, challenging and total body workout. Class ends with deep stretching, inverting {yes, hanging upside down is a major tension releaser} and everyone’s favorite, cocoon {aka perfect nap spot}.

B.Silque™ Lifted {Intermediate} takes the same innovative total body workout of the Beginner class, but has adds extra lifted elements and more difficult inversions and transition tricks throughout the class. 10 Beginner Classes {can be a variety of b.barre beginner, b.silque beginner, b.silque fundamentals, & b.barre-silque fused} are required before attending the Intermediate class.

B.Silque™ Stretched {Beginner} is a quick 30-minute class that’s all about deep stretching, lengthening, defining and improving flexibility and balance!   Simple inversions are included to help decompress the spine and release tension, and it ends with everyone’s favorite, cocoon {aka perfect nap spot}.
