Our group fitness classes range from beginner to advanced with a variety of options to suit every lifestyle. You don’t need heavy weights and tons of equipment to improve your physique; in fact, many workouts cause your muscles to tighten and joints to ache. B.Barre Fit does just the opposite! Our method uses just a ballet barre and light hand weights to create long and lean feminine muscles while being kind to your joints through fluid, low-impact movements. In just one hour {or 45 minutes with our express class}, you’ll get a full body workout that incorporates precise choreography and energizing music led by a motivating Inspire-er {aka Instructor}. And best of all, you’ll get a liberating {even therapeutic} hour all to YOU!!

B.Barre Fit and B.Barre Express, both mixed level classes, produce quick results by lengthening and chiseling muscles through tiny movements, isolated holds and intentional stretching. With focus on strengthening and sculpting women’s problem areas, this class is form-focused with in-depth setup so that you can discover the tremendous mental connection to your body. Once you’re familiar with the technique, your highly trained Inspire-er can tailor this class to your level with more advanced variations.

Barre-in-Motion combines the strengthening & toning benefits of B.Barre Fit with increased range of motion and small, short bursts of cardiovascular exercises to increase your calorie burn while focusing on muscle-fatiguing exercises. If cardio is not your favorite but you need to burn a little extra calories, then this class is for you!

  MyZone Target: 70-80% MHR during barre / 80-85% during cardio

B.Barre Cardio uses the classic foundation of B.Barre Fit and combines it with low-impact, core-controlled cardio intervals to accelerate results and burn tons of calories. Barre Cardio relies on safe, high-intensity interval training targeting the entire body. This class is meant to break plateaus, keep your body guessing, and includes exercises meant for everyone no matter your age or fitness level. Your instructor is highly trained to change up the flow of the format to maintain these principles and give your body just what it needs!

  MyZone Target: 80-90% MHR during tabatas / 55-70% during barre
