Changes you can see. B.YOU members are hitting their goals. Now it’s your turn.
“I am nearing my one year anniversary at B.YOU. I have never been in better shape than I am right now. While getting in shape was my initial draw to B.YOU, there is so much more that brings me back for each class. I have gained strength, self confidence, and sweet friends.”Tricia Donaldson
“I was unhappy, unhealthy and my confidence had never been lower... After just four months of classes I feel stronger than ever and have lost 42 pounds! Now I’m happy, healthy and proud of the way I look! Thanks to B.YOU, there is no stopping me now!”Alyson Manley
“I felt like all I did was work and take care of my family, with hardly any time for myself... I was frustrated and down on myself when doctors had no real answers. I had hardly any energy and it was taking its toll. I decided to give [B.YOU] a try as it was time to start focusing on myself! I wanted to be a better role model for my daughter and she was my biggest cheerleader! The challenge motivated me in ways I have never been motivated before. I was working out more than I ever have, eating healthier due to the meal plan provided for the B.Renewed Challenge, and for the first time in a LONG time, I felt great! B.YOU has changed my life both physically and mentally!”Andrea Tsueda
“...I have worked out my entire life and actually taught aerobics in the “old days”. As I grew older, I frequented Body Pump, Spin Classes and various other workout classes but nothing was changing my body no matter how hard I worked... [B.YOU] has truly changed my life!Debra "Beebee" Flowers
Immediately B.YOU felt like HOME. The classes are unique and truly fun. They change the class offerings frequently to meet the needs of their clients. The staff is caring, friendly and amazing! I have met dear friends that I look forward to seeing daily. The 20-30 minute daily drive all the way from Indiana is worth every minute and I feel healthier and in better shape than I have in years! I can’t imagine my life without B.YOU and all of the wonderful women that own, teach and take the classes. The instructors create a nurturing, caring and encouraging environment and inspire you to B.YOU. I love this place!!!!”
“Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system that disrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body. When I was diagnosed in September of 2012, I wasn’t sure what to think. I didn’t know much about MS but I was relieved that the symptoms I was having were a result of something “manageable”. However, I also began making a mental list of the limitations I could potentially face throughout the rest of my life. I had a 9 month old at the time and was already overwhelmed – bottom line, I was scared. I read a lot about people with MS – some things I wish I hadn’t and some things that were incredibly encouraging. I began learning about different supplements, treatements and lifestyle changes that could slow the progression of this disease, not least of which was leading an active lifestyle. I was a competitive gymnast many years ago but since then had not stuck with a consistent form of exercise. Bored, lazy, whatever it was, it just wasn’t a part of my life. For two years I let myself settle into physical complacency – I had MS. I was “supposed” to be tired, my muscles were “supposed” to be tight and achy and of course I would be stressed. I made MS my excuse and while treatments began helping my situation, I was still experiencing anxiety and fear like never before over what could happen next. A good friend was interested in trying a Barre class at B.YOU and took me with her for my first class – I will be forever grateful for that. I have become so much more focused on my health; I am stronger, I am happier, more optimistic and I feel like I have gained control of my body that I thought I’d lost for good. I crave the shake and burn I get from each class! I feel stronger every time I leave and reaching 100 classes in 6 months was a goal I’d set for myself and I met it! Every single instructor I’ve encountered has been encouraging and sweet – interested not only in my form and releve(!) but in ME and what’s going on in my life. The friendships and connections I’ve made are invaluable and have impacted my entire life physically and mentally. MS is not an excuse anymore but it is a motivator. I’m hopeful for a cure during my lifetime and it’s getting closer all the time. In the meantime, I have my faith, my family & friends and B.YOU to help get me through!Immediately B.YOU felt like HOME. The classes are unique and truly fun.
