I hope to inspire each and every client that comes to my class. We are all different and I like to remind clients to accept how they are that day and never compare themselves to others, or even a previous version of themselves during a different class. I bring my passion for health and fitness and my yogi spirit with me each time I enter the studio. I love an upbeat playlist and like to mix it up every time I teach!
