BARRE FIT  A mixed level class, produces quick results by lengthening and chiseling muscles through tiny movements, isolated holds and intentional stretching. With focus on strengthening and sculpting women’s problem areas, this class is form-focused with in-depth setup so that you can discover the tremendous mental connection to your body. Once you’re familiar with the technique, your highly trained Inspire-er can tailor this class to your level with more advanced variations.

BARRE-N-MOTION   Combines the strengthening & toning benefits of B.Barre Fit with increased range of motion and active movement to steadily increase your heart rate while focusing on muscle-fatiguing exercises. If cardio is not your favorite but you need to burn a little extra calories, then this class is for you!

BARREUP  Uses the barre for balance along with a platform step allowing increased range of motion and intensity of exercises. This heart-pumping, full-body workout combines muscle-sculpting movements along with quick, low-impact cardio bursts.
