2020 has been quite a year to say the least. Not only has it been a year of unforeseen change and many challenges, but it has also been a year of gratitude for all that we do have. With this in mind, we’ve decided it’s time to change things up with our Annual Holiday Promotion….This year, it’s The 12 Days of Christmas GIVING!

We will be donating to various local charities and will have lots of B.YOU Giveaways. We believe that sending positive energy breeds positive energy and makes our world a better place! We hope you’ll help us make a greater impact for those in need by donating or sharing our posts to help spread the love.

On the Second Day of Christmas Giving…BOGO + Fed with Faith ❤️

We are beyond excited that Governor Breshear’s restrictions have been lifted allowing us to resume our normal classes in the studio at 50% capacity {with masks} beginning Monday. We are so ready to get back in action and to see everyone, so today’s surprise giveaway is BOGO – Buy One 5-Class Package & get one FREE. Great for a gift or keep for yourself, anytime now through Christmas!

While the recent restrictions have been extremely difficult for Fitness Studios, restaurant owners and all of our employees, we’ve also come to realize the implications these restrictions have had on the homeless population. Without restaurants open for dining, especially downtown, there are fewer options for them to find food or to have a place to retreat for a few minutes to warm up or have a cup of coffee on cold winter days. A local organization, Fed with Faith, is working hard to keep our homeless population fed and warm, and they desperately need hand warmers, gloves and socks. B.YOU will be donating several boxes of hand warmers, and we would love your help!!

  1. Bring in a Box of Hand warmers, a pair of gloves or warm socks & we will deliver – anytime now through Christmas
  2. Purchase a Gift Card and we will do the shopping for you.
  3. Make a monetary donation directly to Fed with Faith.
  4. Follow Fed with Faith on Facebook and learn more about their powerful message and mission.

On the 1st Day of Christmas, let’s help fulfill the Holiday wishes of children in need through a donation to The Portland Promise Center. Here’s how we can help:

  1. Drop off a Toy {new} at our studio to be donated to the Center’s Annual Christmas Store. Please bring your item by Monday, December 14th.

  2. Purchase a Donation Gift Card, and we’ll do the shopping for you!

  3. Make a monetary donation directly to The Portland Promise Center anytime!

The Portland Promise Center is a thriving faith-based community development center in the heart of Louisville’s Portland neighborhood. For the past 64 years, they have provided children and  families in this economically depressed area with the resources they need to anchor their lives to a firm foundation of faith and to build futures filled with hope.
