Every class my goal is for every person to feel success, strength, and fun! I believe exercise should be an enjoyable part of every day and never feel like an unbearable task. I love the social atmosphere of B.You and think it gives women a wonderful opportunity to educate themselves, strengthen their minds and bodies, and develop a love for fitness and health.
I am a Health and Physical Education teacher in Jefferson County, most of my day revolves around health and I wouldn’t have it anyother way. Being a teacher makes me a little goofy at heart, I love joking around with the kiddos.
