NOW HIRING:  ASSISTANT STUDIO MANAGER

Job Title: Assistant Studio Manager, 2 locations

 

Compensation and Benefits: $11/hour at 30-40 hours/week, Commission Structure, Free Fitness Classes, 50% off Retail Purchase

Responsibilities:    Assist the Studio Manager in the following functions:

  • Assist in the management, hiring, and training of Coordinators
  • Train Inspire-ers and other front desk employees on reception desk basics.
  • Maintain and continue development of necessary training materials
  • Help manage and maintain all studio operations
  • Managing various aspects of administrative duties, facility maintenance, logistics, equipment, supplies and storage
  • Work reception desk and manage customer service and communication
  • Assist in developing schedules of all Coordinators and Inspire-ers; coordinate appointments and private groups/lessons
  • Manage retail boutique presentation, sales, inventory and commissions
  • Assist with client account management
  • Develop and maintain client base through front-end sales and renewals
  • Achieve revenue and performance goals set for the studio
  • Prepare and distribute client and employee communications
  • Work as a liaison among owners and Inspire-ers
  • Manage social media and communications
  • Support the owners in daily operations and planning
  • Support the owners in marketing, outreach and referral programs
  • Conduct all activities in keeping with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Must have a passion for people and strong leadership skills
  • Must be attentive, outgoing, positive, friendly and engaging
  • Must be willing to enthusiastically sell and close deals
  • Must be a self-starter, with a proven track record of high performance
  • Must have outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to work as a team with Inspire-ers and manage coordinators
  • Must be flexible and willing work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
  • Must be comfortable in a MAC environment and a complex scheduling software program
  • Must be comfortable using computers programs such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Must be versed in using Social Media
  • Must have passion and understanding of health, fitness and nutrition
  • High School Diploma is required; Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
